The Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and Explore Waterloo are hosting the first “Windows of Waterloo” Contest. Participating businesses will decorate their storefronts with lights and holiday cheer. The public is invited to visit each participating business November 23 through December 25 and “donate to vote”, as each business will also choose a Monroe County charity. The business that raises the most money will win!
