We are aware that residents have not yet received their utility bills for this month. Please rest assured that the bills were mailed on time, but are delayed in the postal system.
You can view your bill online through Invoice Cloud, but you will need your 10-digit account number, which can be found on previous month’s bills in the top right corner. https://www.waterloo.il.us/i-want-to/bill-payment/
You can also call City Hall at 618-939-8600 to find out your owed amount and/or account number.
Pay by phone: we cannot take payments over the phone at City Hall – please call 855-394-0772 if you wish to make a phone payment. Again, you will need your 10-digit account number.
Utility bills are always due on the 5th of the month and payment is still expected to be paid on time through any of these options. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this situation. Thank you for your cooperation!
