The City of Waterloo has transitioned to a new online billing and payment portal, Invoice Cloud, which may be accessed through the City’s website, https://www.waterloo.il.us/i-want-to/bill-payment/. This portal offers customers the ability to view, print, and pay your utility bill with various payment options. Please remember payments are due on the 5th of each month. Payments made using Invoice Cloud must be made prior to 12:00 am (midnight) on the 5th to be considered on time.
The previous payment portal of Illinois E-Pay will no longer be available after October 15, 2024.
The City’s Direct Debit program remains unchanged and customers currently enrolled in the Direct Debit program do not need to do anything. This payment option is available free of charge.
