The City of Waterloo recently passed an ordinance that prohibits the parking of recreational vehicles (including boats, jet-skis and recreational off-road vehicles) on public streets. Additionally, non-recreational trailers are only permitted to be parked on public streets when attached to a tow vehicle and during daylight hours only. Construction equipment may only be parked on a public street in conjunction with a valid building permit.
