Styrofoam can be recycled at the Monroe County Health Department at 1315 Jamie Lane from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Clean white particle styrofoam is the only type that can be recycled. This does not include cups, clamshell food containers, egg cartons, peanuts and any type of soft foam or foam contained in plastic.
