The City of Waterloo is in the process of adopting a Downtown ADA Transition Plan. A draft of the plan is available for public review and comments from May 1-30, 2018 on our website (see below) or a hard copy will be available in the lobby of City Hall, 100 West Fourth Street, Waterloo, IL 62298, which is open Monday through Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm and Saturdays from
