Attention High School Seniors The Code Enforcement Officials of Southern Illinois are currently seeking applications for the Margaret Leleniewski Memorial Scholarship, as well as the Building Trades Scholarship. As a member of the Code Enforcement Officials of Southern Illinois, Waterloo High School graduating seniors are eligible to apply.
